For our guests' convenience, our concession stands, bars, and merchandise kiosks accept all major credit cards.

- Still cameras are allowed; however the use of a flash is prohibited.
- Most concerts and family shows prohibit all forms of recording devices, including still cameras.

Landers Center utilizes security staff and police officers in and around the facility, as well as video technology to enhance the safety and security of our guests, clients, and employees. The arena is staffed to meet the needs of the crowd as well as the requirements of the client.
DFT is a non profit community theatre organization dedicated to providing high quality family-oriented theatre arts opportunities to Desoto and surrounding counties.

The opening times vary according to the nature of the event and preference of the promoter/artist. Typically times are as follows:
- Regular season Memphis Hustle games, doors open 60 minutes before the start of the game.
- Family shows, including ice shows and character shows, doors open 60 minutes before show time.
- Concerts generally open doors 60 minutes before show time.
The time doors open may vary depending on the event.

Certified medical professionals are available at the First Aid station during all events to assist guests with medical needs. In addition, Landers Center is equipped with Automatic External Defibrillators (AED) found in various locations throughout the facility. Designated employees, including our EMT staff, have been properly trained and certified to use the AED. Guests in need of emergency first aid should contact the nearest Landers Center employee for assistance. The First Aid station is located on the concourse near section 121/122.
Landers Center offers a wide variety of concessions options throughout the facility. Guests are not permitted to bring any food or beverages into Landers Center. Containers such as bottles, cans, thermos bottles or plastic coolers are not permitted for the safety and protection of our guests. Guests with specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact our Guest and Premium Services Manager at 662-470-2126 to discuss food options available prior to the event.

A lost and found service is available during events at the Guest Relations Desk located near section 112. Found items can also be turned in here. Articles are kept at the Guest Relations Desk until the end of the event. After the event ends, articles are stored for 15 days in the Box Office located at the Nissan entrance. There are phone charging stations for guests' use located on the West side of the concourse, across from section 105.
All message requests will be processed through the individual teams for that particular event. Please contact the Memphis Hustle through their website. Special messages and announcements are not available for concerts and other events at Landers Center.
In compliance with local and state laws, Landers Center is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, including alternative smoking devices such as electronic and/or vapor, is only permitted in the designated smoking area across from section 105.
Smoking in the arena may result in ejection from an event.
Landers Center does not permit unauthorized soliciting or collecting of contributions, vending, distribution of flyers or other promotion/advertising materials on the premises unless approved in advance by management.
Guests are allowed to stand during an event, provided that they are only occupying the area in front of their ticketed seat. Standing in aisles and on chairs is strictly prohibited.
Landers Center requires all strollers to be checked in at Guest Relations, located on the concourse across Sections 111/112.
Guests sitting in suites are allowed to keep their strollers, but must store them inside the suite closet during the event.
Landers Center is not responsible for any minors who are left unattended at an event. We strongly encourage parents and guardians to use their best judgement when allowing any child to attend an event without adult supervision.
